     Chow Mein

Ingredients
2 pounds hamburger - browned
1 bunch chopped celery
2 cans of bean sprouts - drained with juice reserved
2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with bean sprout juice
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 tablespoon BEAD molasses
2 tablespoon soy sauce
 
1 can mushrooms - drained
Hot water - optional
Chow mein noodles
Rice

Instructions
In a large skillet - Brown hamburger and add celery. Add bean sprouts and bean sprouts and cornstarch mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer until celery is done - do not overcook celery. Vary amount of seasonings and soy sauce according to taste. Add hot water if mixture too thick.
Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
