Cook pasta in saltwater to al dente (8-10
minutes). Drain well, but keep 3/4 cup of the
pasta water.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add white part of
scallion and half the garlic. Season with salt
and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
Add kale and season with salt and pepper. Sitr
frequently for 1-2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water
and cook another 4-6 minutes.
Turn off heat and stir in juice from two lemon
wedges.

Heat 2 tsp olive oil in skillet until hot. Add
shrimp and cook on first side for 2 minutes.
Flip the shrimp. Add butter, cooked kale,
remaining garlic and red pepper. Cook 3
minutes, stirring frequently.

Add cooked pasta and half the reserved cooking
water. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes. Gradually
add reserved water if needed.
Garnish with scallions and remaining lemon wedges.
