     Corn Bread Dressing (Small Size)

Ingredients
1 Package of Jiffy Cornbread
½ t Salt
1 T Parsley
1 T Sage
1 t Thyme
1 ½ sticks of Butter
1 Large Bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
 
1 Small Onion, chopped
2 C Celery, chopped
4 C Water
3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes (Or 1/2 water, ½ broth)

Instructions
• Break up Cornbread • Add Stuffing Mix, 2 beaten Eggs, Herbs & Salt • In skillet put butter, Onions and celery • Cook until Onions are clear not brown add to mix • Add Bouillon Cubes, and water and broth • Add Chopped hard boiled eggs • Stir well, Place in Buttered Pan, Sprinkle with Paprika, Cover with • Bake 350 30 Minutes, remove foil & Brown
