Grate potatoes. Make meatballs like meatloaf and
shape into small balls. In sauce pan cook 1/2 and
1/2, soup and salt and pepper until well blended
and cheese is melted.
Spray 13x9 pan with pam. Layer potatoes in
casserole dish, then meatballs, cover with the
rest of the potatoes and pour cheese mixture over
potatoes. Cover and back at 350 for 2 hours until
potatoes are done. Uncover for last 15 minutes.
