Mix all ingredients together except rum and nuts.
Put nuts in bottom of greased and floured bundt
pan. Pour in batter and bake at 325 degrees for 1
hour.
Invert on plate and pour glaze over.
For Glaze, melt 1/4 lb. butter, add 1/4 cup water
and 1 cup sugar. Boil 5 min. Remove from heat and
add 1/2 cup rum. Serve with whip cream.
