Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   Low-carb

5 slices of bacon
12 oz beef
2 tablespoon butter
3 cups of beef broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons brown mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons of Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 1/2 tablespoons tomatoe paste
1 medium dill pickle
1 cup shredded cheese
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream

Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside. Add ground beef in the bacon fat and cook until browned on one side, flip and brown on other side.
Transfer beef to a pot, and move it to the sides. Add butter and spices to the pan and let the spices sweat for 30-45 seconds.
Add beef broth, tomato paste, cheese, and pickles to the pot and let cook for a few minutes until melted.
Cover pot and turn to low heat. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Turn stove off, then finish with heavy cream and crumbled bacon. Stir well and serve.
