     Whole Wheat Pancakes

7 C Whole Wheat Flour
3 C White Four
2 1/2 C Powdered Milk
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C Baking Powder
1 T Salt
1 1/2 T Baking Soda
1 1/2 C of the above mixture
1 Egg
1 C Water
3 T Oil

Mix the ingredients together and freeze until needed. This amount of flour mixture will make many batches of pancakes. Use only the amount you need and refreeze the rest.
When ready to use mix the egg, water, oil and flour mixture together. Cook on a skillet. 4 times the recipe will feed 14 people.
