     Balsamic Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 pound green beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup small red onion
feta cheese
Dressing-
2 Tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. olive oil
 
1-2 minced garlic cloves
salt and pepper

Instructions
Whisk all dresssing ingredients in a small bowl.
Trim ends off green beans and rinse. Steam or boil for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse in cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry. Cut beans into 1-2 inch pieces.
Dice red onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Place onion and beans in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to marinate.
When ready to serve, add tomatoes, feta, and toss lightly.
