     Creamy White Chili

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbs. oil
2 - 15 oz. cans Great Northern Beans - rinsed and drained
1 - 14 oz. chicken broth
2 - 4 oz. cans of green chilies
 
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whip cream
Instructions
Saute the first 4 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT sour cream and whip cream. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whip cream.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with wine! -)
