Preheat oven to 450.
Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with cooking
spray.
Pres cold mashed potatoes on the bottom and up
the sides of the casserole.
Bake the potatoes about 20 minutes, until
golden brown.

In a 10 inch skillet brown the ground beef until
no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
Spoon the beef into a paper towel lined bowl to
drain.

|
In the same skillet, melt the margarine. Add
onions and cook 6-7 minutes until golden brown,
stirring occasionally.
Return beef to skillet with the onions.
Stir in ketchup and dried dill.
Reduce heat to low and stir in parsley and sour
cream.

Spoon ground beef mixture into the mashed potato
crust.
Garnish with dill sprigs to serve.
