Ingredients
Salmon fillet
2 Eggs in the shell
Onions in big chunks
Vinegar

WHITE SAUCE
Onions chopped
2 C Milk
2 Boiled Eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Boil the thawed Salmon in water, onion, vinegar and with the whole eggs in the shell. The eggs will be hard boiled when done and can be used in the white sauce. When the fish is done take the fish out of the water and place on a serving tray. The water mixture can be thrown away.
Fry the Onions in some oil. Set aside. Melt the butter and salt and pepper in a sauce pan and then add the flour. Mix together and then add the milk. Cook until thickened. When thick add the chopped onions that had been fried and add the cut up hard boiled eggs. Mix together.
