     Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken skinless and boneless, cut into strips
1 C Apricot Jam
1 C BBQ Sauce regular
1/4 Envelope Dry Soup Onion mix
 
Instructions
Fry meat in frying pan to brown sides. Mix all the ingredients together and poor over the meat. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees till meat is done.
If using chicken breasts injected with water it dilutes the flavour and it isn't as good. Buy chicken not injected.
