     Chinese Chicken

1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon dry onion
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1 lb chicken breast
1 1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup snap peas...opt.
1 cup rice

Cut chicken in narrow strips. Stir fry in large skillet until no longer pink. remove from skillet and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except peas, in skillet and cook till tender.
1 Cup broth mixed with 2 tablespoon cornstarch. Add to skillet with chicken and snap peas. Stir and cook until thick.
