2 TB OLEO
1/2 TSP.SALT
1 1/3 C. WATER
1/3 C. MILK
1 1/2 C. INSTANT POTATOES
 
Instructions
PUT OLEO, SALT AND WATER IN A PAN. HEAT TO BOILING. REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN POTATOES. STIR GENTLY UNTIL SOFT AND MOIST. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
FOR ONE SERVING. USE 2 TSP. OLEO. SPRINKLE OF SALT. 1/3 C. WATER, 2 TB. MILK. 1/3 C. POTATOES. MIX AS ABOVE.
