     Lemon Bread - Karla Randall's

Ingredients
1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/3 c oil
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 c boiling water
Glaze-
1/2 c sugar
4 T Real lemon juice
 
Instructions
With mixer beat together cake mix, poppy seeds, oil, pudding mix, eggs boiling water. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 for 25-40 minutes. Poke holes in warm bread & pour glaze over tops. Cool.
