Ingredients
1 cup semolina (rava)
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup warm milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp chopped raisins
1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
1 tsp cardamom powder
For the garnish-
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
 
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts

Instructions
Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the semolina and sauté on a slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally
Add the milk, 2˝ cups of hot water, mix well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Add the sugar, raisins and cashew nuts and mix well. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally
Add the cardamom powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Serving Suggestions
