Mix flour, icing sugar and softened butter together using pastry cutter if needed. Pat into a 9x13 (for thin square) or a square pan (for a thick square. Beat eggs and brown sugar. Stir in coconut, salt, pecans, vanilla and baking powder.
Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
