     RDBE Instant Pot Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 onion chopped
1 small head cabbage chopped in large pieces
3 chopped carrots
3 chopped stalks celery
2 can Diced Tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh Squeezed
3 cups chicken broth low sodium
 
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot. Place on manual High pressure for 15 minutes. Do a quick release. Enjoy!
