     Ruhbarb Crunch

Ingredients
3 cup diced ruhbarb
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
Topping-
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
 
1/2 cup shortening

Instructions
Mix first three ingredients and pour into a 9x12 inch greased baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients, sprinkle and pat down a little on top of ruhbarb mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 30 mins.
