3/4 cup chocolate pieces (sweet, bitter or half of each)
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
In a heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces and butter. Add the sugar; gradually stir in milk. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (8 servings)
