3 lbs potatoes (9 medium)
|

6 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
|

8 oz cream cheese, softened
|
|
1/2 Cup sour cream
|
|
1/2 Cup butter, cubed
|
|
1/4 Cup 2% milk
|
|
1-1/2 tsp. onion powder
|
|
1 tsp. salt
|
|
1 tsp. garlic powder
|
|
|
|
1/2 tsp. pepper
|
|
1 Cup, (4 oz), shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
3 green onions, chopped
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until
tender.Meanwhile cook bacon until crisp. Drain.
|

|
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash potatoes,
gradually adding cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Stir in milk
and seasonings.

|
Transfer to a greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese,
green onions and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, up to one day.
|
|
|
Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg. for 40-50 minutes or until heated
through.
