     Beef- Slow Cooker Chuck Roast

Ingredients
2-4 pounds beef chuck roast
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves or garlic powder
parsley
red potatoes cut up large
carrots
 
Instructions
Put vegetables in slow cooker and place roast on top. Pour in remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
