Toast 2 slices of bread. Spread each slice with enough soft butter that it melts into the tight
crumb (the tiny air holes) of the bread. Place several slices of fairly crisp bacon onto each slice
and fold each slice in half so it's shaped like a taco shell. Eat and enjoy! Usually served for
breakfast with bottled Diet Peps over lots of ice. Serves 1.
