     Sugar Cookies with a Hint of Lemon

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Crisco Shortening
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
6 Eggs
3 Cups Sugar
6 cups Flour, sifted
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
 
6 Tablespoons Milk
Instructions
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and extracts together until fluffy and smooth. Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
Drop teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly golden on top.
