Instructions |

|
Cook sugar, syrup, and water in a heavy saucepan until it spins a long thread.

Slowly add to the beaten egg whites.
Beat until fudge-y.

Add vanilla extract and nuts.
Pour into a buttered pan.
Cover to store.
