Microwave butter in mixing bowl until melted. Beat in sugar and eggs; blend in buttermilk. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Grease bottom and sides of 8-in. round glass baking dish. Place a drinking glass, 2 in. in diameter, in center of baking dish with open end up. Spoon cornbread mixture around glass. Microwave uncovered 5-6 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool about 5 minutes. Remove glass and loosen cornbread. Cut into wedges.
