Tear membrane from ribs, then cut ribs into two
half racks. In a large Ziploc bag, combine 1/2c
soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add ribs.
Refrigerate overnight.
Turn first and last grill burner on to medium high
heat, then close grill. Remove ribs, discard
marinade. Cook ribs on grill, in indirect heat
with grill cover closed for 1.5 hrs or until
tender.
In a saucepan, stir 1/4c soy sauce, hoisin sauce
and raspberry jam. Heat on low until jam has
melted. Brush glaze on both side of ribs and let
ribs caramelize on grill. Serve
