Raisins to taste (I use Golden and add to taste about a half box)
3 cups buttermilk
1 stick butter
Beat eggs and add milk.
Blend softened butter and dry ingredients throughly with fingers.
Combine egg and milk mixture to dry ingredients and butter.
Seperate into 2 greased pie tins.
Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
Brush top with a little butter.
Best when served for St Patrick's Day
