Place roast in crock pot and then put stick of butter on it. Pour
pepperoncini over all. Open envelopes and sprinkle the dry
ingredients on sides of the roast so it's in the pepperoncini
juice. Cook on low for 8 hours. DO NOT OPEN THE LID.
