Mix all ingredients in a mixer or with a hand mixer. When the batter is smooth grease a 9x13 baking pan. Pour batter into pan and Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Coat the cornbread with Honey butter for maximum amazingness!!
