In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until all melted and mixed well. Add the Parmesan and Garlic as well as some salt and pepper. I like to be generous with the garlic!
The secret to getting the flavor is to let the sauce simmer as long as you can! The sauce is good to use immediately but the flavors get amazing about 45 min later.
