     Quiche Pies

2 deep dish pie crust package (frozen pastry)
2 cups diced ham, bacon or sausage
2 cup shredded colby jack or sharp cheddar
4 eggs
2 cups half & half
salt and pepper
green onions or yellow
diced peppers

Pre-heat oven to 400. Cook bacon or sausage and dice up or have diced ham ready. Dice up desired veggies and grate cheese up. Take the two pie dishes and divide the meat between them, the veggies, and the cheese. In a blender, blend the eggs, half&half and salt and pepper. Pour over both pies without overfilling.
Place the pie dishes on a cookie sheet and place into oven. Bake 40-45 min or until a knife comes out clean and the center is done. Let stand 15 min before cutting.
These Quiche pies freeze perfectly!
