Submerge brisket in a large pot of low heated water for 3-3 1/2 hours. Keep the meat in the water overnight and warm it up the next day.

Preheat the oven to 450 and prepare a baking sheet with foil, coat with non stick cooking spray. Put meat on sheet(fat-side up).
|
|
|
Whisk all of the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on high heat until it is thick. Spoon the glaze onto the cornbeef and roast it for 10 more minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
