2 cups butter, softened
|
|
3 cup white sugar
|
|
3/4 cup milk, room temp
|
|
6 eggs
|
|
1/4 cup lemon juice
|
|
1 Tbls vanilla
|
|
1 Tbsp baking powder
|
|
4 cup all purpose flour
|
|
1 tsp lemon zest
|
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease & flour 10 in bundt
pan.
|

|
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in
eggs 1 at a time. Combine milk & lemon juice; stir
into mixture.
|
|
|
Combine 3 and 3/4 cup flour, baking powder, lemon
zest. Stir into batter alternating with the milk.
|
|
|
Mix 1/4 cup flour with blueberries and fold into
batter. Bake for 1 hour.
