     Pumpkin Protein Bread

Ingredients
240g canned pumpkin
62g snickerdoodle protein
60g egg whites
2 whole eggs
80g blended oats
1tsp baking powder
.5tsp baking soda
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a lightly greased 8x4 loaf pan (or donut pan).
Cook for 25 minutes (check with toothpick). Let cool!
