     Chocolate cake with coconut sprinkles

300g flour
250g sugar
2 package vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons chocolate powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 strew salt
3 eggs
3dl milk
250g butter
200g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons espresso
some coconut

Mix flour and all ingrediants till salt in a bowl well. (1p. vanilla sugar, 2tables. chocolate powder) Put 200g butter in a microwave.
Mix eggs, milk and butter well under it. Set the oven to 180C. Bake the dough for about 30min. in the middle of the oven. Take the cake out, let it sit until it's cool and test it with a skewer.
Mix powdered sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons chocolate powder, 50g butter and Espresso well. Put some coconut sprinkles on the cake.
