     Refrigerator Pickles

Ingredients
8 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped peppers
1/3 cup salt (canning)
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
 
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients and let stand 20 - 30 minutes. Drain well. Combine last four ingredients and pour over pickle mixture. Put in jars and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely.
