     Pumpkin Bread - Talana's recipe

6 Beaten Eggs
1 large can of Pumpkin
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups Canola Oil
5 1/4 cups Flour
4 1/2 cups Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 2cup box of Raisins

Mix beaten eggs, pumpkin, water and canola oil in a very large mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cloves, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir all together. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients and then add the raisins. Mix well. Pour into 4 small loaf pans or 3 large pans
40 min little pans 50-60 mins. larger pans @ 350 When tester comes out clean it is done. Cool about 10 minutes and then remove from pans and place on a drying rack or waxed paper on newspapers to dry.
