     10 Minute Christmas Cake

2 1/2 cups sifted pastry flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp slightly beaten eggs
1 x 24 oz can minsed meat
1 1/3 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp sherry (optional)
1 cup coarsely cut walnuts
1 cup mix peel
1 cup glaze cherries

Grease 9 inch tube or spring form pan. Line with brown paper and grease again. Sift flower, salt and soda. Combine eggs, meat, condensed milk, sherry, fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Spoon into pan. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Done with center springs back and golden brown. Cool. Can be frozen.
