     Rhubarb Cherry Pie Filling

4 Cups Rhubarb, diced
2 Cups Pie Cherries, drained
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Minute Tapioca
5 Drops Red Food Coloring
Pie Dough

Gently mix together all ingredients except pie dough. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes. Spoon into a pie dough-lined pie tin. Use strips of pie dough to create a lattice on top of the pie filling. Bake 400 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
