13 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
|

1 cup mayo
|
|
1 1/2 cup grated parmesan
|
|
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
|
|
4 oz. can chopped green chile peppers
|

1 jalapeno (optional)

|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix artichoke hearts, mayo, 1 cup
parmesan, cream cheese and green chili peppers.

Scoop mixture into a medium baking dish. Top with
remaining parmesan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and slightly
browned.
Broil last 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
|
|
