     Pizza crust dough

3 3/4 cups flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
1 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/3 cups very warm water (120-130°)
1/3 cup oil

Preheat oven to 450°. In bowl of mixer, mix dry ingredients together. Add warm water and oil, mix until the dough forms a clump that doesn’t stick to the side of the bowl. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes. Pat dough with floured hands to fill greased baking sheet. Let the crust rise for about 30 minutes Bake crust on lowest rack of oven for about 8 minutes, remove from the oven.
After you put on sauce and toppings, continue to bake 10-13 minutes.
