     Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 lb grass fed beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 finely chopped onion
1 egg
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Grease 8 muffin tins and divide evenly. Bake uncovered around 50 minutes or until cooked through.
