Preheat oven to 450F. Rinse and dry snapper fillets. Rub fillets
with 1 teaspoon olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic,
and rosemary. Line a broiler rack with aluminum foil and lightly
spray with oil.
Place fish skin side down on broiler rack. Sprinkle with bread
crumbs and drizzle with remaining oil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes,
or until fish is cooked through.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
