3.5 skinless boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
8 oz cabbage finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp curry
1 tsp onion
2 gloves garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Braggs liquid aminos
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 orange cut in small pieces
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
In a large frying pan, sauté chicken in liquid aminos over
medium heat. Add orange pieces mashing juice out in the
process. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until cabbage
is tender adding broth as necessary.
Cook down until no liquid is left.
Serve hot.
