Cover baking sheet with parchment paper for easy
clean up. On the baking sheet, toss together
carrots, cooking oil and PD salt. Spread in a
single layer. Roast in oven until tender and
lightly browned, 12-15 minutes.
As soon as carrots come out of the oven, toss with
sogrhum syrup and oregano. Delish
