Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add green
beans and asparagus. Lower heat and simmer for 2-4
minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together vinaigrette. Then
add vegetables and toss. Sprinkle shallots,
chives, and bacon. Top with eggs.
