READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.
Preheat oven to 375 and grease and flour 9x13 pan.
In large bowl combine first 3 dry ingredients and
set aside.
On the stove in a saucepan melt butter,oil, hot
water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove and
pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
Add the baking soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla
and combine well. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake for
30 minutes.
In another saucepan bring the butter, coca and
milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered
sugar and vanilla and nuts if desired. Beat
thoroughly and spread on baked cake immediately
after removing from the oven while still hot.
