     carob pudding using cornstarch

Ingredients
1/3 c coconut sugar
1/3 c carob powder
1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3 c almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Whisk together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly whisk in almond milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the pudding begins to thicken and comes to a bubble. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Refrigerate until cold in final container
