     Sweet & Sour Salad

Ingredients
2 cups saurkraut
2 cups cabbage finely shredded
2 cups celery finely chopped
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
1 jar chopped pimentoes
2/3 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
 
Instructions
Boil vinegar and sugar 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables. Allow to blend overnight. Keeps a couple of weeks.
